Developed by our industry experts and based on the Security Industry Authority’s (SIA) own specifications, this qualification provides all that learners need to know to operate as a security officer. Supported by Skills for Security, the standards setting body for the security industry, and updated in line with new SIA requirements, it will ensure your learners comply with the law and are able to operate safely and effectively.

To complete this qualification learners are expected to undertake approximately 42 hours of learning. The SIA stipulates a minimum of 29contact hours (4-days) if self-study is undertaken. Please refer to Highfield's qualification specification for further details on self-study.
