In this role you will:
- Deliver first class customer service and support to our customers.
- Work closely with our approved Centres to support and develop their business.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with your Centres and our regulators.
- Develop and maintain a good understanding of our processes, products and systems, using this knowledge to effectively support your Centres.

As a Qualification Executive, you’ll play a key part in developing, reviewing and maintaining qualifications, end‑point assessments and assessment materials. You’ll work closely with a supportive team to ensure they are fit for purpose, meet customer needs and fulfil regulatory requirements.
