Licensing

By law, all sales of alcohol conducted on licensed premises must be authorised by a personal licence holder. To apply to become a personal licence holder, the applicant must hold a regulated qualification to prove they can sell alcohol both legally and responsibly. Important information relating to licensing in Scotland - Scottish licensing laws require that all personal licence holders complete refresher training within five years of the date their licence was issued. Further information on how Highfield can support this requirement is available here.
